Whole or Half Pig *

It is important to note that as a Bulk customer you are getting a significant discount, and so as to be able to get such a discount you are accepting that we are selling you a whole or half pig. This means that whilst we would love you to be able to get exactly the cuts and options you'd prefer, we are constrained by the reality of what is possible within the carcass of the pig. For example it is not possible to have a Rolled Loin Roast and Back Bacon (such as Middle Rasher Bacon) as they come from the same portion of the pig. It is also very difficult to communicate highly refined choices to the butcher, unless the customer (you) have a comprehensive knowledge of the butchering process. The selection process you are about to complete should not be seen as an order, but rather a list of preferences to guide the butcher in the preparation of your half or whole pig. *
